Shipping and Returns

Short Version: If you are not a happy customer, and treated fairly, you will not come back. We want and appreciate your repeat business and recommendations to your friends, and recognize that unless you are pleased with our service, you will neither return nor recommend us -- and frankly that just doesn't make good business sense to us.

Shipping: VSPA.com's Online BX Store reserves the right to set shipping charges based on each individual item. Most orders ship within 48 - 72 hours! We will make every effort to ship your order complete within 7 to 10 business days of receiving it, but please allow the standard 2 to 6 weeks to receive your ordered products.

Postage: Orders under 13 ounces will be shipped via First Class Mail. Orders totaling 13 ounces or more will be shipped via Priority Mail. We will advise you of any item we are unable to ship in a timely manner and give you the option of placeing the item on backorder or canceling it and having your account credited for the purchase amount of the item. Any item shipped from a backorder status, will be shipped without additional freight charges. We will advise you if an item becomes "unavailable" or "discontinued', and credit your account.

Returns: We will make every effort to make it right! The number of days allowed for a return of a completed order is 30.

Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA): Any item you wish to return must have a RGA Number or it will not be accepted. You may go to the customer service area and click the Review Orders link for a list of your order(s). There is a link next to each order that will allow you to raise an RGA for that order, with a form for required information. Please include a brief description of the reason for the return (such as: 1) incorrect item shipped, or 2) item damaged in shipment).

Returned Goods must be sent via the same method we shipped to you (1st class mail or priority mail). Upon receiving the item, we will either credit your account for the cost of the item and return postage, or exchange the item as necessary. We will make every effort to make it right.

Goods returned for reasons other than those stated above are returned at your expense and subject to a 20 percent restocking charge and original shipping costs.

CD/DVD's are not returnable.

We reserve the right to make necessary alterations of designs and material changes as necessary, due to availability of goods, design changes, wholesale-retail manufacture product changes or quality beyond our control, and without notice.
